- MediBang Paint
A free art software. I used this before switching to CSP and I reccommend giving it a try!
- Magma
Drawing with friends (or strangers)!! You can all draw on the same canvas together.
- Clip Studio Paint (PRO)
My software of choice. Costs money but for PC users you can buy a perpetual licence instead of paying a subscription. I pay like £3-something a month to use it on my XPPen Magic Drawing Pad.
- Chromagraph Brushes
Also costs money but it's really worth it if you want realistic pencils, pastels, and charcoals. I absolutely love these brushes.
- Pixel Brushes Mega Pack
Wonderful free pixel brushes collection, comes with dithering and pattern brushes and helpful fill tools.
- A brush set that draws clouds
Absolutely delicious brushes for cloud drawing. These are also free.
- Drawing Tablet Reccommendations
Tablets I use or have used and think are worth it!
- Wacom Intuos
If you're not sure if digital art is right for you, start off with something simple before you sink a ton of money into a more expensive tablet. This tablet has no screen.
- XPPen Artist 22 Pro
I love her so much. Best screen tablet I've ever owned and I've been using it for years with literally no issues, other than the pen breaking on me once. You do need to recharge the pen but it rarely needs it.
- XPPen Magic Drawing Pad
I've wanted a standalone tablet that's NOT an iPad for years so that I can draw when I'm not at home. Then this beauty comes along. Chef's kiss. It's expensive so wait for a sale or buy it second-hand and you can get it cheaper. The pen doesn't need recharging. It's an Android tablet so some art software like CSP will need you to buy a subscription to use it.
